Changed Your Mind? It happens! If you aren’t in love with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to send it back to us.
How to Return an Item To keep things running smoothly, please ensure your item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging. We’ll also need your proof of purchase.
Getting Your Refund Once your return lands at our facility, we’ll give it a quick check. We will send you an email to let you know we’ve got it and whether the refund is approved.
- Approved: We’ll process the credit to your original payment method right away.
- Pending: If you don’t see the money yet, check with your credit card company and bank first—there is often a processing delay on their end. If it’s still missing, drop us a line at th**********@***il.com.
Damaged Goods? We stand by our quality. If your item arrived defective or damaged, we will replace it immediately. Just email us at th**********@***il.com so we can make it right.
Shipping & Customs
Customs Warning: Please know your local laws! It is your responsibility to comply with customs regulations regarding knives in your country. We cannot issue refunds for items held or confiscated by customs.
Return Shipping: You will need to cover the shipping costs to get the item back to us.
